Trishina Dowling is not just a home care agency owner. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse who spent years in the healthcare system watching patients return home after hospital stays — and worrying about what would happen next.
She saw seniors struggling to manage daily tasks without support. She saw adults with disabilities falling through the cracks of a system that wasn't always designed with them in mind. She saw families stretched thin, doing their best but needing help.
So she decided to do something about it.
Dowling Hands and Heart Home Care Agency was born from Trishina's conviction that everyone — regardless of age or ability — deserves better care in their own home. Not just adequate care. Not just minimum care. Better care. The kind of care that sees the whole person, not just the task list.
